1はげ ツノを落とす。内臓・えらを取る。2鰹 腹を出す。頭を落とす。二枚におろす。食べやすい大きさに切る・・
まぁ・・二枚におろす時も・・・失敗してもアラで食べたらええし、気楽なもんです。
